We had breakfast at 730am. This wasn't the usual spread that we've grown accustomed to, but it was certainly enough. And it was good.
We got out of town much quicker today. Nothing too exciting happened today. We just rode through some pretty countryside and found a few hills.
Then we came to the big city of Glowgow. It's always a challenge navigating through a city, but we managed.
We found another Camino marker for the Trail of St. James.

We took our lunch break in the window sill of a gas station. This was not the prettiest lunch spot but it worked. It was getting hot... around 85 degrees! We were able to fill out water bottles from the sink in the WC. We also bought cold drinks. They certainly don't have water and soda dispenser. Since leaving Finland, we've had to buy water (except for sink water). Even in restaurants, you have to buy water. The hotel from 2 nights ago actually had a water bottle refill station. I can't understand why all of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland don't have these!
A sign that we are getting close to Germany. Also from here, I looked east and saw some mountains in the distance.
We walked to the old city square in search of dinner.
We got to Hotel Chrobrego around 4pm. There was no place for the bikes and no elevator. So, I removed my bags and carried the bike (and bags) up to the first floor. The room was $69.50 including breakfast.

We ended up in a place that claims to be the oldest in town:
The oldest restaurant in Bolestawiec with history beginning in XI century.
In 1538 King Prussia Ferdinand the First had visited it.
Year 1812. 12th of December Napoleon Bonaparte himself came to have dinner additionally he did not have any money
with him and paid in a vase, to this day it is held in hands of the heir.
I had potato pancakes. These were better than the last ones I had. The price was $12.65.
Salty carmel ice cream for dessert ($2.65).
Today was the hottest day so far. It got up to 85 degrees. The air felt cool so that helped.
