We left Jerisjarvi around 830am after a fabulous (included) breakfast.
There was a reindeer looking for his breakfast.
The weather was nice and sunny, 64 to 80 degrees, with a 10 to 15 mph headwind most of the way. We continued following by and through the national park.
we stopped at Levi Ski Resort for coffee and to eat the sandwich we brought from breakfast.
The Ski resort has mountain biking and zip lines. July is the busy month of the summer, so there were not many people around on such a nice day!
About 10 miles further, we came to the Kittila International Airport.  There is a Draken Monument
My son, Ryan, works for Enterprise... these pictures are for him.
Here is the historic Kittila church.
Around 3pm, we arrived at Mummola Travels that is no longer available to the public, but Lynn had arranged it in the past and they wanted to host her this year. It is no longer a working farm, but it has been in the family for many generations.  Now, the family members come to their separate cottages for weekends to get put of the city.
Armi and Kalle are the owners. The cabin we stayed in is called the Lodge. It had been in the forest for lumber jack men and for reindeer hearders. Armi and Kalle bought it and moved it to the courtyard for cottages for the family.
Their son, daughter in law (Maria), and granddaughter popped in for a visit.
Armi fixed us a fabulous dinner... smoked salmon, potatoes, a cheese sauce, salad and dessert.
This is a beautiful place and the family is so nice and generous.  They refused payment from us. Lynn had arranged to stay here 4 years ago and had kept in touch with them. So, it was fun for everyone to finally meet.

It looks like rain tomorrow so we are planning to head out early... while it's still sunny... lol.
